No problem. If you’d like to postpone your trip or cancel a booking, please reach out to us. Here’s how we have adapted our Terms & Conditions to support you through these uncertain times:
- Customers who cancel a booking at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
- Customers who cancel a booking within 48 hours of the planned start time will receive a credit redeemable for the full value of their booking.
