Audouin's gull
Ichthyaetus audouinii
To contribute to this project it is necessary to sign into this group and to coordinate with the person in charge of the area where you are, who distributes all the volunteers along the allocated stretch of coast.
On the designated day, you will need a telescope of 20x and binoculars of 8-10x, and you will work at least in pairs over 3 hours, recording all the birds and cetaceans passing in front of us. You will have to record species and exact number of birds and cetaceans. You will also records sea state, wind, and visibility. Other interesting information includes behaviour of animals, relation to a vessel, distance of the sighting from the observer, etc.
