North Jutland is an island on the top of Denmark, split from mainland Jutland by the enormous Limfjord. Its landscape is beautiful but harsh, with endless white beaches, sand dunes, cliffs, heathland and forests. Throughout North Jutland, you sense the sea and its proximity. In this region you will find Thy National Park, a large and unspoiled natural area, which forms a 12 kilometer-wide belt along the west coast of Jutland. This region is shaped by its closeness to the North Sea and is a dynamically beautiful holiday destination.
