With its impressive volcanic rock formations, rugged rocky entries, caves, caverns, volcanic sand, and deep blue water, El Cabron Marine Reserve is often considered as one of the best diving spots in Gran Canaria.
El Cabron was given the title of ‘marine reserve’ partly due to a large number of flora and fauna species that inhabit this dive site. El Cabron boasts some of the biggest and most varied fish species in the whole Canary islands. This diving trip will take you to explore two different diving sites in the reserve (Discovery Bay, Punta de la Monja, Table Top or Punta de la Sal, depending on your diving experience and qualification).
The trip includes transfer from/to your hotel to/from El Cabron (if your hotel is located in the South of the island), snacks and refreshments, full rental equipment and a professional PADI instructor that will guide you through both dives.
Please note that this activity is subject to weather & sea conditions. If the trip is cancelled due to adverse conditions, you will be rescheduled or refunded, at your convenience.
Participants must have a valid diving certificate (PADI Open Water, SSI or equivalent) to join this activity, as well as being in possession of a valid diving insurance (not included in the price).
There is parking available at the diving centre.
